This Privacy Policy explains how RapidSpots collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit rapidspots.com or use RapidSpots Studio and related services.

Data controller and contact

Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and improve RapidSpots. This may include:
- Account information such as your name, email address, login details, and workspace settings.
- Campaign inputs such as brand names, offers, scripts, selected voices, languages, spot lengths, and other content you provide in Studio.
- Generated outputs, saved campaign versions, audio files, and related metadata needed to keep your work available in your account.
- Usage and device information such as browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, timestamps, and interactions with our site or product.
- Support messages and any information you choose to share when you contact us.
- Payment-related information handled by our payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our own servers.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and operate RapidSpots and its campaign-generation workflow.
- Create, save, render, and deliver scripts, voice selections, audio files, and campaign history.
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent misuse, and monitor service reliability.
- Respond to support requests and communicate product, account, billing, or security updates.
- Understand aggregate usage patterns so we can improve performance, design, and product quality.
- Process purchases, credits, invoices, refunds, and related payment operations through trusted providers when applicable.
Legal bases for processing
Where Turkish data-protection law applies, we process data as necessary to establish or perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and dispute handling, or with your explicit consent where consent is required. We obtain consent separately for optional analytics.
How information is collected
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, use Studio, contact support, submit a campaign for publishing, or make a purchase. We also collect limited information automatically through cookies, local storage, security controls, and, when enabled with your consent, analytics tools.
Campaign publishing information
If you request campaign publishing, we process the selected audio creative, placements, audience selections, schedule, budget, advertiser and contact details, landing URL, notes, invoice details, payment status, and publishing status. We use this information to prepare, review, schedule, support, and report on the requested campaign. If an external placement or media partner is used to deliver a campaign, we share only the information needed for that placement.
AI processing
RapidSpots uses AI services to generate campaign scripts, voice previews, and audio outputs. RapidSpots does not use your submitted content or generated outputs to train its own AI models. Content may be sent to AI and infrastructure providers only as needed to perform the requested generation, safety review, storage, support, or delivery. Vertex AI's current service terms state that Google will not use customer data to train or fine-tune AI/ML models without prior permission or instruction; provider processing remains subject to the applicable provider terms. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information, or content you are not authorized to use.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security, preferences, and core service operation. Optional analytics through Google Tag Manager is disabled unless you accept it. You can accept, reject, or change that choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate RapidSpots: authentication providers, database and hosting providers, private file storage, payment providers, email and support providers, AI providers, consented analytics providers, and error-monitoring and security providers. Current integrations may include Clerk, Neon, Vercel, Stripe, iyzico, Resend, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Vercel AI Gateway, Google Tag Manager, and Sentry where enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention
When an account is deleted, we remove saved billing details and connected-service credentials, replace the account identifier in retained operational records with a non-public de-identified identifier, and remove stored contact and invoice fields, support message content, raw scripts, and generated audio. We may retain minimized usage and transaction facts such as language, duration, status, amount, and timestamps for analytics, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and payment reconciliation. Financial records may be kept for legally required periods, and completed deletion audit records are retained for up to three years unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to learn whether we process your personal data, request information about that processing, access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and seek compensation where the law permits. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications. To make a request, contact hello@mail.rapidspots.com and provide enough information for us to verify your request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password, protect your login credentials, and avoid uploading sensitive information unless necessary.
Children
RapidSpots is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
International use
RapidSpots and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including where our listed service providers operate. Where required, we use the applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the site, product, or email. The updated policy applies when it is posted.
